I can totally relate to you. I tried to fast for the first time this week. I'm not doing it to lose weight, but because of health issues, I'm doing it more for detoxing. I made it to 36 hours with nothing but water but my goal was for 3 days. I think what did it for me was my husband who (trying to be nice) brought home some chinese food. It just looked so good and I lost my will power. I'm going to try again this weekend, but this time I bought some fiber tablets. They can fill you up a bit so you feel satisfied........I'm also going to shop for things I don't crave and don't like to feed my family so I don't get so tempted.
