Hi, Thanks to anyone that reads. I am new to fasting, well not new in research and attempting it, but it is something I haven't been able to do.
I figured this is the best place to post as a beginner. Of course I need to lose weight, 45 pounds.
Anyways, my problem is that I have tried multiple times throughout the years to fast, and haven't been able to get through one day! I have tried water fasts, juice fasts etc. I would love to fast for 48 hours at least. My problem is feeling so ravenous by about 7 p.m. the fasting day that I eat something, so never truelly make it through. Any suggestions?
