I lost about 18 in the 24 days. I went from about 140 to about 122. My body fat went from about 30% to 25%. I don't lose weight terribly fast. :( Probably because I don't have thaaaaat much to lose, and I just generally do not gain or lose weight very quickly. The first days of my second go at it, I was losing about .7 per day, which I'm sure will come down to .5 per day. I'm trying not to weigh myself too much these days, precisely for that reason. I actually put my scales away and will not get them out until it's my weigh-in day. It's too discouraging otherwise. I try to focus instead on how many days I've fasted, and every now and then I do notice a change in how my clothes fit, which makes me happy. During the 24 days, I was having water, but also (and probably more) diet drinks and tea. This time around I'm having only water, but I'm not really convinced that it's adding anything to my weight loss. I'm sticking with water only anyways though.
