i was on day 4, of my all water fast....i ate some grapes and strawberries..i went from 151 to 142..i need to know will this make me gain weight, and now will it take longer since my body is no longer in ketosis...my goal weight is 130.. :( will i ever reach this goal if i never fast past day 4...i only ate a cup of grapes (about 25-30) and about 8 strawberries..please help, im so depressed :(
