I just had a laparoscopy--stage 2 endo. The doctor removed all the endo he saw. I'm now on ortho evra (the patch), and have started using progesterone cream. Do you thing that's OK to do both of these? A friend of mine told me about Vitex, too, so I picked up a bottle of it. Is it OK to use along with all this other stuff. And if so, when do I take it? (Every day, or just days 6-28?)
