Yemaya...I would definitely go to a doctor, explain all your symptoms and have your blood and hormone levels checked and an ultrasound performed. Clotting like you are describing often results from uterine fibroids and/or endometriosis...and the bright red blood is not menstrual fluid...it is coming from the area that the clots are breaking away from the uterine lining. Fibroids can form in swirl patterns...may be responsible for the clot pattern you are seeing....and the clots can also look like shreds of tissue. Furthermore, the loss of blood and/or hormonal changes can result in anxiety, etc. as your energy is being significantly depleted....and the severe PMS and breast swelling suggests dramatic hormonal changes, as well. Uterine fibroid tumors and endometriosis are both conditions resulting from estrogen-dominance.

Please, please...have this checked out! It is possible to bleed out as a result of clots and uterine bleeding...almost happened to me! Tweet
