Re: Endometriosis and candidia

Go ahead and use probiotics unless you're doing a colon cleanse...then wait until after you've completed the cleanse. You'll know when you're clean enough when the amount of mucoid plaque you pass during the cleanse greatly subsides. It may take several rounds of cleansing to get most of it out...but it's fine to use the probiotics in between cleanses.

I don't recommend douching on a regular basis...but the tea tree oil douche can help with vaginal yeast infections and discharge. It's also very soothing and good for itching.

If possible do most of your shopping in health food stores and stick with whole foods or items that have few ingredients on the label. There are hidden sugars in all sorts of processed foods and generally the longer the list of ingredients...the less healthy it is for you. Fresh, whole organic foods are best!

I asked about your age because I didn't know if perimenopause or menopause was part of the picture....obviously not. A series of Liver Flushes would help a lot with hormone balance.

Also consider the emotional and energetic components that may be present with endo...a difficult marriage, fears about pregnancy, etc. can create substantial blockage of your sexual energy and congest the pelvic area of your body. You might want to consider yoga and body/energy work to help release any blockages.
