Endometriosis and candidia
I seem to have been plagued with quite a few interesting things over the years and one of them is the most horrific mestrual pain and heavy periods. All growing up doctors and freinds and family members would tell me that I probabaly have endometriosis. I've scared myself into a corner hiding from the doctor diagnosis. To be honest I think that in the end it was a good choice. I'm healthy and getting better everyday since I started reading this board.
However I still have these re-accuring issues. Continuos(all day everyday) discharge. It has definetly decreased since I started cleansing a month ago but it is still always around and annoying...any suggestions to rid myself once and for all of this pesky annoyance. I've been dealing with it in the most painful way for 13 years. Only two months ago did i realize it was candidia.
My other obnoxious issue is heavy, hard, painful periods. I not only lose a bit of blood but I have a large amount of it lost to blood clots. For me it's normal...maybe it's like that for most women...i've never asked. Even so it's still annoying and I want it to end. I've got less abdominal pain now that I started cleansing and the cramping has seemed a tiny bit less feirce. What else can I do?? I honestly have no intention on going to the doctor. My mother had less issues than I do and she just went to the doctor about IC and she ended up being diagnosed with Endo and having a hysterectomy....It didn't really help her at all and now she has to take drugs for the rest of her life...
Soooo...help...Ptree reading your posts it seems like we actually have experinced almost identical issues. Please if you could give me direct advice to what worked for you ...if you read this.
I'm going to Thailand for a year and I'm leaving in two months. I want to find a way to work out a good program for myself while I am there. Refreshing body and mind is what I am after.
Thank you,
Liss
