haha- chacruz- my name isn't Sean :) the screen name was a mix of sea + angel, something like that. haha. You're right, it is a challenging experience mentally. physically as well, but staying disciplined and fighting temptations is the real test. I hope that we can all achieve our goals. or I should say "I KNOW that we can all achieve our goals" ..we have to phrase it so that's it's definite. hehe.
Well, we'll see how it goes...I just started today and I'm ALREADY feeling better. I'm really trying to keep the weight loss in mind & remind myself how rewarding it will be in the end.
