ok I'm getting really nervous and need some kind of reassurance from someone who has been successful fasting...
I want to lose 30 pounds total...I have approximately 7 and a half weeks (53 days) left before the summer arrives and I move, and I want to spend this time focusing on taking care of myself and restoring my health back to its optimal level. Ideally, I want to lose 30 pounds altogether, but I definitely want to lose 20 fasting...the rest can be managed through a healthy diet. but how much can really be accomplished in 53 days? How long would you guys suggest fasting for to lose 20 pounds? Do you think I should spend 30 days fasting to lose the 20? I'm just trying to prepare myself for the appropriate length of fasting and then plan out my diet to followup the fast so that I don't reverse my progress when it comes time. I know this can be done, I'm just getting worried.....has anyone actually lost 20-30 pounds within 50-some days? :) haha..thanks guys.
