You might try eating hemp protein. I tried it for a while. Now I don't worry about getting enough protein. I stick to a raw diet as much as possible while eating fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and berries. I eat a lot of seeds and nuts without weight gain. I find this diet to be the closest to what nature intended us to eat. I'm very active as I run and do yoga along with other physical activities on a daily basis.
I know combining rice and beans or beans and corn will give you a complete protein. However, these items tend to produce mucus which is not a good thing.
