spirulina is an excellent source of vegetable protein. also sprouts are very high protein. your diet sounds very restricted, i would highly advise that you start growing your own sprouts. the store bought ones are processed with bleach and are worthless. grwo your own. they are absolutley packed with nutrients and are still living when you eat them. eat them by the handful, not just a smidge here or there like garnish. i add them to just about everything i eat, they turn curry lentil soup into something special. i think sprouts will save you.
