might check out notmilk.com also n/m
here are far better pictures of storm working out,
than the butt shot you chose to link to
flip thru all these pictures and sincerely ask yourself
how many men in mid 50 's do you know that are this buff?
lets be honest ...
look at the muscles in legs vyer well defined /
all over .. no bug in the rug here.
very few men even in their 20 ' look this good in muscle
definition.
there are about 3 pages of pictures there of him working out
http://www.thegardendiet.com/storm.html
I guess it is in the eye of the beholder,
and yes I do know alot about body
since I was once an elite
athlete myself.
I think he is excellently buff.
and not overdone like many *body pumpers are.
now if you are wanting to be a mr universe etc type
obviously you will over stuff the muscles,
but then when you get older you will end up with
*man boobs etc *
I do know alot about shaping and working out a body.
In fact was taught some very good body builder techniques
by mr. oklahoma back when I was but a teenager
(he was big brother to a friend of mine at the time,)
I also worked out at a few gyms as a woman in my
age 18 -19 years to define the muscles I had,
not to gain huge muscle mass.
I also did martial arts for many years and became
a weapons sensei (kobudo )
and taught as such .
for a woman I was about 17 % body fat and all lean muscle.
very well defined.
I do have some knowledge of what I am talking about.
I know there are some that think if you are not
mass pumped then you are not buff..
but I tend to disagree ,
and actually find it not attractive
though I am sure many other women do .
my sister btw is vegan for a good 27 years,
and used to run marathons and was a tri-athelete as well.
Many of her friends were *iron women * winners,
most all of them were vegans back then.
My oldest son is very slim looking...
and my youngest daughter (looks 14 for being 19 !)
both can out lift many men.
So even a lean veggie can be far stronger
in muscle power tham one might think.
Anyhow.
