How to lose weight and stay healthy (and look much better/younger)

Not eating meat does contribute protein insufficiency and this causes all sorts of problems not just weight gain. Having to get B12 injenctions to keep your brain from falling out is not natural. However I would not recommend that you start eating meat because of one reason, you don't like it.

I see you do drink milk. Perhaps you should try organic milk as the non organic variety tends to have growth hormones. Did you know this? So does non organic meat.

I don't really see why you drink milk if you are intolerant to it. Calcium is something you can get from veggies. If you must have milk, I would recommend goat milk to you. organic of course... Most people can stomach it though it tastes funky it is much healthier. It has more protein and amino acids (perhaps you drink milk for this). Goat milk is good way to go but not a cheap way.

For general weight loss I would recommend that you keep eating mostly what you do now but make two changes:

(1) Start counting calories as it is likely that you are living high on carbs and crabs make you fat. Specifically it is not the crabs, it is the calories. So to be more precise, you should be counting CALORIES not crabs. Crabs just happen to have many calories.

(2) Join a gym and get a trainer from 4 months. You dump the trainer after 4 months but you keep going to the gym 3 times a week. Working out is fun if you let yourself have fun. It works 100% of the time.

You should keep your calories if a woman between 1800-2000 if you go to a gym but are not an athlete (Runner, swimmer, etc). It is based on age and height but in general this count should be right for you.

There are only two things you need to watch out for:
(a) Do not eat more than that
(b) Do not eat less than that. Here is why. If you think you can eat less and lose weight you are mistaken. You may lose weight short term but what you are doing is you are breaking down you tissues (including muscles). This mean lowering your health and looking older due to saggy skin. Also you will hurt yourself long term because less muscles mean burning less calories during the day when you are NOT exercising.

Because starvation is not a way of life, eventually you will get off the starvation diet and then you will gain everything back PLUS in a very short time. Starting immediately and in only a few weeks, 3-6, you will have all the weight back plus continue gaining because you have killed you metabolism. Specifically, you have put your body in survival mode were it burns very minimal calories. Most of what you eat will be stored as fat and it will take a lot to get you metabolism working again (such as committing to 1800-200 cal and getting a pers trainer for months).

The key to success is persistence with calorie counting and exercise. There is no other long term solution that REALLY works and is natural.
