Don't give up! Just rememeber that first 3 days are the worst before you go into ketoses, on a fourth day there is no hunger at all. I am on day five now and today i had a friend over and cooked lunch for her without tasing any of the food, it smelled wonderful (sense of smell really increases) but it didn;t bother me at all. Just be patient, do some meditation to get your mind off food and you will make it through. Don;t be put off by the headache in a first few days eather, it jus means all your toxins are stirred up in your blood stream but they will soon be excreted and you will feel much better.
