Why I use Himalayan Salt

I use Himalayan Salts because their the only true real salt thats not polluted etc. When you take water it needs to be balanced with Salt otherwise you actually end up going into subclinical dehydration even though your drinking water because your body is being flushed of its salts. When this happens the body will eventually go into defensive mode and produce Histamine to save what little salt is left. Then a whole host of problems can occur from damaged joints/bones to allergies and blood pressures. Please immediately look into Dr Fereydoon Batmanghelidj for the REaL information on water/salt! You should take 1/4 tsp of REAL salt for every 1 litre of water!
