Re: day 1....

Okay, I am doing good so far. It is hard especially when I cut up the sausage for my boyfriends red beans and rice. He doesn't really understand my need to fast so I have told him I am becoming a vegetarian. Which has taken some of the pressure off. The sausage looked really good though, but I know I can do this. Let's all stick to this and help each other out. As far as hunger goes a couple of pains hit earler today, but that is of course to be expected. It will take a few days, but I know I can make it through. Good Luck to everyone!!
