Thanks for replying again :). All your posts are always very useful. I was contemplating throwing in the towel today...but I've come this far already. The problem with me is though I am not really hungry anymore, I still want the bad food. That was my problem with short term fasts, It wasn't long enough to make a lifestyle change....That is also partially why I feel I need to do this longterm. I hope maybe my body is just holding on and it will show up in a few days.

ps...when you say low cal...how low is that really like 600 cals or liek 1000 cals?THanks!
