i am doing a 90+ day Water Fast and am sandwiching in two 12-day dry fasts to manage plateauing. the first one (now on day 4) is being done after a 30 day period of. water fasting. once done with this I will continue the Water Fast until day 66, when i will do another dry fast (length to be determined but probably 12-14. once all is done I will very slowly work back to an Alternate day OMAD which will have me eating light nutritious food 3-4 meals a week, which is optimal for my personal metabolism.
