You still don't get it do you. Unless you're raising your own vegetables a good deal of the "organic" food you eat can legally be grown in "organic compost" that is contaminated and still be called "organic". According to EPA guidelines only certain "priority pollutants" are screened for. There's lots more in the stuff.
