Hi - I'd be very grateful to receive your experience (before and after) your own extended water fast, duration, symptoms, reasons and gains - if this isn't too intrusive. I'm interested because I'm on day 20 of Water Fast (intending 21 days). I've been very lucky to have no very troublesome symptoms. I'm naturally curious about afterwards - length of time to fully recover strength, experience of returning to eating. You seem pretty knowledgeable but say nothing of your own experiences. (I am new to this forum, so maybe I just haven't been around for that particular post.) Books are great (and I read a great deal prior to this fast) but there are so many conflicting opinions that at some point you just have to bite the bullet and go exploring! Jane
