Hi, see my post in Ambitious Fasting goals - I'm on day 20 of a 21 day strictly water only fast. Good luck, and I hope other people won't frighten you. It's difficult to say I did it so you can do it, because I don't know your starting weight, general lifestyle and state of health. I had plenty of weight am vegetarian, non-smoking, non-drinking, no caffeine, etc, reasonable amount of exercise. Anyway, haven't found it hard, just got scared for very little reason a couple of times (mostly well-meaning people telling me how dangerous and foolish it was, when they didn't really know much about it).
