I agree with in in theory. I just want people to be informed. Its so easy to stop eating, drop a few pounds, then resume eating with the old patterns still in place, then even more weight is gained. Fasting is a great tool to be used in an overall weight loss program, but rarely will it be the only answer. I will do my best to help and encourage anyone who wants to try fasting for any reason, but I will not lie and pretend its easy and risk free.
Still I am tired of all this fussing and fighting; so I'm signing off on this subject.
