i personally believe any fast should not be undertaekn
with out prior thoguth as to the purpose of it.. teh goals attached
and teh lenght of tiem that you are endeavorign up pond

I myself hav enever undertaken a fas tto lose wt/ and at age 45 and half beoive me i have done a grea tmany fasts inmy life of many varietes and for diff reasons. one was a 38 day long one even. (it was not a water fast/ tha toen was a liquid only fast and for spiritual reasons/ it was brothes and juices.

anyhow.. i do not repudite the value o f fastign jsut to lose wt. again it is a goal and nothign worng itn the tool of fstign to be used like that. it is a matter of eprsonal choice.

reason dictates that the body needs time to recover form any fast and the greater aten tion to commign of a fast to back to eatign normal food is one of respec t fo ryour body and watign to actually reap the benefits of the fast.

it is a very real possiblity tha tyoucan do great interanl damge by eatign hard ot digest foods.. right outt the cage so to spek
even in hospitals the deaht camps tha thtey are..
they exercise caution in food reintake/ youcan end up with in testinal aaasapsms the a can rip you r inside seven if sever enough..
i think if ioen ahs a great respect for thei body and was seekign to help it/ they woud dno undertake risks.. htat have been well rpoven ... yes starvign peopel will grab at anything.. but they don't know anythign than the survival instignct at that pt..
the rule of thumb is tha tfo rhow logn the fast wwas..
best to palnon half tha ttiem to gradully buidl up to a regualr intake of foods..
the logn er the ast /the more vitally important this issue is.
