Hi Janica, So nice to meet you, I appreciate your opinions and advice and concern, but at this point I still prefer to follow my own path as it is working amazingly well for me. If I was here to cure disease I would probably use your advice. I think a lot of people have their own opinion on what constitutes a water fast,and you are entitled to have one as well.
