you seem to be a Water Fasting pro:). I am going to start a 14-day fast tomorrow, and I have a couple of concerns:
I'd like to ask you whether I should just drink water (distilled?), or whether I can add some lemon juice?
Also, did you prepare for the fast somehow? Am I going to hurt myself if I just jump right into it?
I can't believe you've lasted 40 days on water....I mean I believe you but I am impressed:). Were you under a supervision of a doctor? Many people tell me I should not do it-that fasting is not good for my organs. How's your health after the fast? Do you feel better?
