Orange juice, lemon, apple, beet, carrot, spinach...I'd have an Odwalla drink once a week, but that's all. Please, if there were anything else in it, I wouldn't be on a true juice fast now would I? If you want, post something asking if your metabolism can drastically slow down...we all know it can. I admit I'm frustrated, but it's only because I don't know the calculation of my body mass (fat, muscle, etc.) from the begining. Who knows...I may have had more fat than I thought...but I was more toned...ugh....soo frustrating! Anyway, I should post a pic. Actually I'd rather just send it to you personally. You'll think I look amazing, but I am quite photogenic. I'm actually a dancer, so we're a little more critical of our bodies.
Hmm, I just want my tummy to be flat, then I could deal with the breasts. I'd rather lose it from there if I could lose it from just one place. lol
