I've been reading you should not train with weights while juicing only light cardio. Has anyone tried lifting weights and if so how did you feel. I'm so afrain of my metabolisim slowing down to a stop and I'm afrain of flab.
Should these be concerns of mine.
Did anyone on this forum actually fast for 30 days and if so how did they look and feel.
Right now my main concern is my stomach and breast. They are the biggest areas I want to lose.
Can I reduce these areas in 30 days. Has anyone actually done it. I enjoy reading success stories.
