Re: Easier way to take P&B shakes

Melissa,

Can I offer a suggestion. You may want to consider dropping your vitamin C for a few days to see if that will clean up your remaining skin blemishes. The vitamin C can interfere with several vitamins and minerals, including the zinc you are taking and the calcium you are not(the calcium can help reduce or prevent breakouts by keeping the body alkaline). I don't mean that you should not take the C at all, but perhaps for 3-4 days drop it and see if it has any effect on your current skin status. If not, add it back. If it does improve however, then you can either omit from your regimen, or add back half or one quarter the dose of before.
