I usually mix my P&B shake with about a cup of apple juice. I also will throw in a tsp of ACV for a little zing. It feels like and tastes like a very thin applesauce. I also let it sit for about 5-10 minutes so that it feels softer going down.

I don't know what a P&B shake is but I can help you with the supplement part. I have purchased a book called Acne No More from http://www.acnenomore.com - this book is fantastic and gives wonderful info on everything concerning Acne from diet, vitamins/supplements, stress, sleep, exercise, skin care, masks, cleansing, scarring and also gives wonderful info on your overall health. The book involves a 2 month detox program to cleanse your entire body in a specific order. I have not began the actual regimented program yet due to not having a full 2 month free to complete it....too many trips out of town. I will be beginning it in early july. I have incorporated many aspects of the program such as the vitamins/supplements, skin care, diet and detoxing. So far I have done a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse. I am doing a kidney cleanse as I type this and will be beginning a Liver Flush in 3 days. I have seen a lot of improvement in my skin and expect to see a lot more once I start cleaning mt liver. Here are the supplements thst you should take to help your skin:

1. MSM - Take 5,000mg - 10,000mg for first week and then take 1,000mg daily (some people on curezone have had great success taking MSM so you may want to take more then 1,000mg a day - I am thinking to up my dosage to atleast 2,000mg)

2. Lecithin - I think I take 400mg daily

3. Vitamin E - 400IU

4. B Complex Vitamins - 50mg

5. EFA's - Omega 3,6 and 9 - I take one pill a day not sure of dosage

6. Vitamin A&D - 5,000IU (A) Not sure of D dosage (D is not required, you can go in the sun for short periods to get Vitamin D)

7. Zinc - 50mg

8. Magnesium - 800mg

9. Selenium - 100-200mg

10. Vitamin C - 1000mg

11. Saw palmetto - 200-300mg

12. Coconut oil - Work your way up to 3 tbsp. Do not do it immediately as the detox effects can make you sick. Try to start in 1/2 tbsp incriments. Also you can use it for cooking - it is nontoxic and will not oxidize or leave toxins in your body after cooking. You can also use it on your skin and in your hair. I use it everyday and love it.

13. Primal Defense - Probiotic to help fight Candida (which it seems most Acne sufferers have an overgrowth) this one contains 14 probiotic strains and HSO's. It is also organic. I highly recommend it.

14. Maca Root Powder - This is a peruvian root which is known to help balance hormones. Buy only organic powder and try to take 1-2 tbsp a day with water.


I am sure this seems like a lot but I have seen a big difference in my acne after starting to take these supplements and vitamins. My bumps are less inflammed, a lot less painful, my face hurts less and they heal a lot faster and there are less. I would also highly suggest doing a colon/ parasite cleanse, then kidney cleanse followed by a liver flush. You can get all the info you need at curezone on how to do these things.
