Acne prone people, it usually expresses this on our faces. To be honest, if you have been suffering from
Acne for a long time, it is likely that the poly-oils used for cooking in every restaurant and most homes in the Western world have been having this same effect in you body and on your skin. I tried everything for my acne, and no I'm not completely clear yet, if you count the ones that popped up with my hormones, but the nagging painful ones that I have had for too long to remember have all but completely gone.
While I agree with cleansing, and organic diets, I have to say that the biggest improvement I have had was after adding E to my supplemental regimen. And it doesn't matter if you decide to get these oils from a natural source, like flaxseeds or fish, the reaction can be the same, so E is still needed.
