Re: Acne still came back, help?
I had acne problems when I was young but it disappeared as I got older. I am now 54. My problem with my skin today is mostly dryness but it was solved thanks to UT. My face looked like a dried prune if I did not had my expensive cream. I do not need them anymore! My skin is moist and looks better that ever. For acne I would be hopeful that all you mentionned would be beneficial too, but I like the simplicity, the independance and the cost of UT. Taking UT internally would be more efficient as the problem is internal, but massages, compresses will certainly help cure the acne spots and clear the acne faster. It goes to the source of the problem. I read all the articles, testimonies, I could on the subject and also a few books and many times I read it was very beneficial for acne and all skin problems (psoriasis, exzema etc.) You might also want to try homeopathy at:
http://naturinologie.info/english.html#Homeopathic which is less revolting for the novice. You don't need a diagnostic to use UT and according to Dr Christian Tal Shaller who wrote Amaroli 1 & 2 it works on the 4 bodies: physical, spiritual, mental and emotional. What causes acne? Should I clean the colon and/or the liver? Should I clean the kidneys or do a parasite cleanse? Yo don't really need to answer these questions with UT. If you are interested please read on the subject before

P.S. I feel the therapy helped clear my liver (started practicing august 2004) as I can eat more without that feeling of stuffiness around the liver (I was hospitalized 5 years ago and all I did was vomit bile all night). It's been about a year now that I wake up in the morning and I actually feel hungry! I can't remember the time when I woke up and was hungry.
Good Luck
