Now, I was wondering - is pasta high in fiber ok to add? Mixed with some veggies and chicken would be excellent!

Tapioca pudding is ok?

On day 4 - morning BM one splotch of blood and some mucus before movement of stool- I wonder if that is some of the left over enema material though?

Today I move to 10 Vit E. Should I go beyond 10 or stay at 10 for a while?
