Re: Ulcerative Colitis Cure - Vitamin E Enema & diet

Day 2 - felt good all day. Had scrammbled egg for breakfast, grilled chicken cutlet for lunch with lettece, dinner had grilled chicken cutlet with string beans, carrotts, and brussel sprouts. A cup of plain yogurt and with a little honey. Probiotic, Vit E and Vit C Ester. Lots of water. some gas in the evening, but not terrible. One movement in the morning only. P

Start of day 3 - Morning bowel movement - some mucus (or it could be the left over of the cortico enema - I can't tell- but clear) and a small formed stool. No blood visible. Had a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Felt a little crampy this morning, but again, I am taking cortico enemas in the Morning and night - so today, I feel like I wantt to expell the enema, but I try to hold the morning one at least 3hrs and usually, I dont even notice it for the rest of the day.

Questions - my stool size has gone down since I started the diet and frequencey - I was usually (before UC) 2x a day - Morning and late afternoon/night. Is this normal?

Can the drug enemas 2x day hurt the vit E process?? I can do the vit E enema at arond 430 and then I do the corti enema at around 10-10:30 each night...

I keep losing weight right now - In the past few weeks I have lost about 9-10lbs. But I am eating MUCH less than I did in the past - no bread, carbs, cakes, cookies etc. I attributing the loss to that and not anything else...I HOPE.
