Add a mult-vitamin&mineral tablet and one selenium.No raw lettuce or vegtetables.There isn't any normal stool size or bowel frequency.Only abnormal.If you eat less food,you will lose weight.Eat larger portions or extra meals fron the diet list.There is no reason not to eat more.I would try a different vegetable than string beans and see if the gas problem is improved.Chew your food well and drink only small amounts of water with your meals.The vitamin E enema procedure works with other medications.After you reduce your cortico enemas,your healing condition should improve.Meanwhile you should see continued improvement.Good report.
