Weve been through all of this before...lol...you just dont remember because my username is numbers..But no I have not done any colonics just p and b shakes. I am currently doing the paragone program in conjuction with colosan..Im only halfway done with paragone so I cant say right now what effect its had on my acne..According to the blood test, this is where the problem lies.
