I definitely agree with losing the unsprouted grains. I'm an esthetician and a spa owner and I myself suffered from Acne for so long that i have come up with a full natural Acne cure protocol. Though my protocol does include dairy (raw, organic kefir and certain raw organic cheeses in moderation) it is similar to the paleo diet in that it includes foods that our bodies are meant to digest. I also have several organ cleanses that are to be followed as well as protocols with water and whole food supplements. If anybody is interested, I will email the program to you. Don't worry, I'm not selling anything. Just offering help with this stubborn problem!
