Thank you so much for your advice. I don't believe I need to do a Colon Cleanse since I do a 4 week detox program every 6 months for the past 5 years to clean out my entire digestive tract. I do either Arise and Shine or the Ejuva Cleanse. I will most definitely do a liver cleanse on your suggestion. It's been awhile since I've done one of those. Tweet
