Many people who go totally raw eventually have a low white blood count

My personal opinion is that you should add some non-raw foods back into your diet. Andreas Moritz has said many times, and in his books, that he believes that most people don't do well with an all-raw diet. I've seen others who report a lowered white blood count while on a totally raw diet. While the premise is good, there are foods that need to be cooked in order for the human body to absorb the nutrients; tomatoes, for example, should be cooked in order for lycopene to be absorbed. That's just one example of dozens.

But in any event....if you are having any kind of skin disorder or issue, you should ALWAYS do liverflushing and colon cleansing. Also, be aware that you may have candida overgrowth, or parasites. If you have silver mercury amalgams, they contribute to candida overgrowth as well as a host of other skin problems in the human body.

You may want to go to Andreas Moritz ' forum and pose your question as well.
