Plz help

Hello I am new here I have suffered many years with painful cysts i am 29 years old female i started getting cysts when i was about 21 years old I hate the way i feel and look i dont have much of a life because ance control`s my life in so many ways, In the years i have been to alot of Doctors Try alot of things gel,pills,creams,washs,ect ect..long list i Am so depressed
I just hide in my house i feel so bad, Right now i have about8 to 10 big to small cysts it hurts to smile.. IF anyone has sufferend from this can you plz tell how to make them smaller gone down flat with out waiting weeks months to see them going away. i am putting hot conpress on them few times aday the heat feel good i dont know if it helps my face hurts red I am lost in what to do anymore? plz help Thanks you . sharon Tweet
