The cream I use, "Phyto Prolief" is sold by Arbonne Int'l. My sister sells it. Her friend started my sister out and helped me get my
Acne under control. I would get those cysts mainly on my face, but yes I get a few on my back from time to time. Anyway, Arbonne is all natural and they base a lot of their products as being water based and warn you to stay away from things like mineral/baby oil, vaseline, etc. They actually dry you face out!
Well as scepticle as I was after going through everything even PROACTIVE found they even recommend using RETIN A with it for cystic
Acne otherwise they don't say it helps cystic 100%. Great I bought 3 months worth over $100 to finally find out it didn't work well with RETIN A either and my face was worse from all the attention with products. So I stopped wearing makeup and just washed my face with water. On days it was really bad I would do an cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and wash it that way and keep doing it until no oil showed on the cotton ball. This and a soap called purpose was all I did and I gave up on everything else. It really dried my face out and when the cysts came they really hurt and would stay around for almost a year until they would go down to barely nothing, but I still knew they were there. I can still tell the stuff is under my skin from cysts I had years and years ago.
Anyway Lisa the Arbonne person urged me to let her try helping me and if nothing worked I didn't have to pay anything. So I did and was sure of myself nothing was going to work. She gave me the
Acne regime to try with vitamins and everything and I did them all and nothing! So I explained to her and not my sister this time that it's always been hormone related. (slap on forehead) she then tells me about this cream to use and let me try it. One thing lasted almost 2 months and that's if you use it twice a day. I would recommone 2 times a day for one month and then once a day every month after. Anyway by the end of the 2nd month I stopped getting the cysts almost completely. Since then I can't go with out it. It's just a cream in a pump that comes out already premeasured, it's air tight and you put it in a different spot everyday for 2 weeks then you go off then back on, etc. After being on the pill it took about the some amount of time for results and the dangers of the pill are scary. I would urge you to try this or some other hormone cream. I'm told they are available in drug stores, but many are not air tight and lose their effectiveness. You can get Arbonne products in Canada also, they ship anywhere. I would suggest going to their site www.arbonne.com and finding a local rep so you could try it and if it doesn't work it won't cost you.
If you are interested I could forward the rep I originally dealt with and you could work with her to help you.
Please feel free to email me if you have any other questions.
