Re: Anyone else suffering (or suffered) from long term antibiotic use?

Antibiotics killed the beneficial intestinal bacteria in your intestines. Putrefaction of the feces in the bowel creates a good ground for the growth of pathogenic bacteria and parasites. parasites eat most of the silicon from your body, which is important for maintaning a healthy skin. Also, the bowel could stop on production of B vitamins. To help the problem, expel parasites from your bowel and liver, cleanse the bowel, stop eating dairy and meat products (except kefir), and normalize your diet. Alandra
