Re: I feel your pain!
Hey again! Here is a q&a about MSM (it's advertising a particular brand, so just ignore that part).
http://www.msm.com/MSMFAQ.cfm
Enemas only reach the small colon. When you receive a colonic, you lay on your side in order to reach your lower bowel, then you flip over on your back in order for the entire colon to be cleansed. It's vitally important to cleanse both, if you want to truly clean it out. If you can afford it, it would benefit you greatly to get them. Remember too,
Oxypowder really helps and benefits
colonics greatly. The good thing about
Oxypowder is that it seems to be one of the best that has been tested for efficacy and seems to impact the small colon as well. I would definately look into getting some, to help the colon cleansing process.
Thank goodness you don't have any amalgams. I had to have my biggest ones replaced, and still have a small one, which I will eventually get replaced. I'm not exactly sure what you are wearing in your mouth, however, you should go ask Dr. Vinograd on his forum if it's safe. He's a certified dentist and would know....plus, he's fully aware of the dangers of mercury and other additives.
As for the l-glutamine seeming to break you out...that seems odd as it really does help repair the colon wall. That along with aloe vera helped me a lot. Since you were on antis for so long, just like I was.....you must have the mindset that candida can be controlled, but it can be a long haul. Be sure to watch your diet; particularly refined junk, sugar, soda, etc....as they all aggravate and help the yeastie beasties to grow, making your
Acne worse.
Once you totally cleanse your colon, your
Acne should be much easier to control. I still have the propensity for breakouts, but I find that I do really well by eating well and keeping my colon and liver clean.
Good luck!
