Re: antibiotics

I haven't done Liver Flush yet either, I am afraid. But 10 years ago I discoverd that keeping my bowels moving was helping a lot. Now I did P&B shakes - info on Bowel Cleanse Forum ) and Lemonade Diet - master cleanse. And it helps a lot. Also added garlic to my diet, which keeps me cold free as well. Drink lots of water, cut your caffeine, use natural cosmetics. Small steps, you just need to read a lot and try but don't overdo it. Do your research first. Anyway if you need to take Antibiotics make sure to get probiotics. From my personal experience after I started eating yogurt with Antibiotics I stopped having yeast infections.
In some cases Antibiotics are life saving, penicilin saved my life when I was 6 and had severe pneumonia - they told my dad if I live through the night it will be a miracle. But for them to save our lives they should not be used for a cough,a sneeze, bad skin, and all minor things. I also had a severe reaction to antibiotics as well when a teenager, while having very bad kidney infection, couldn't keep anything on my stomach, then after I got better I had severe food allergy - almost anything I ate caused skin rash all over me, difficulty breating, swollen face, etc. So be aware!!! Acne is not the end of the world. Had it since I was 12 till now 31.
