Fiance wants a pre-nup

We are getitng marred in 2 months and he said he wanted a pre-nup, but a very unfair one: everything that is his remains and any money he ever makes will be only his, while I will live with my salary only and contribute to half of all expenses (he is a businessman and makes a LOT more).
I told him I agree that all his assets before the marriage should be solely his in case of divorce, but everything he and I make or buy AFTER the wedding should be marital property, belonging to both. That is the only way I will sign this. I also want a compensation if he decides to leave when I am old; there is no way I will be a poor wife marrid to a rich guy and having to ask him for money. I also will not leave my job to move further to the country because he wants a big house. My job is my security and I like it.
I am very sad he came up with this now, because we have been together for almost 7 years now (yes, he was commitment phobic) and I stayed with him when he went through some bad financial patches 3 years ago. So it's interesting that when he starts making money again he wants this prenup. To me it seems extremely unfair. A man who loves the woman should want her to protect her.
