I’m afraid it doesn’t always work like that mtwn. Sometimes people do need a kick up the backside but guilt wont work

I’m not American and i do’t want to offend anyone, but it seems that all the media images which potray the perfect women positively and portray normal looking or overweight and ''unattractive'' negivitly are too blame. They send out negative images making women feel guilty. Plus when I went to America there were mc Donald’s everywhere! I think just maybe all the fast food restraunts could have something to do with it. And the portions are huge!

Thin is nice, but not all people mind a bit of flab, I don’t have a weight problem but I could point out a few very attractive big girls. And men getting big we do voice our opinions but less men will actually take pride in their appearance that way or rely on image for confidence.

And the list of things you gave , they are caused by selfishness and when ppl take their heads out of their bum!
