* Take with each glass 3,000 mg. of vitamin C.
* Take echinacea capsules, tincture or tea, whatever says in the label you take double.
* REST A LOT, at least 8 hours a day of sound sleep, why ? when you body is resting, is when it has time to heal and fight the bugs inside you.
* Don't eat heavy foods specially red meats and/or hard to digest foods ( nothing fried ) why ? because in order to digest heavy foods you body uses a lot of energy, don't waste it, allow your body to use most of its energy in healing ( not digesting your big mac ).
