You need to start taking mega-doses
of vitamin C. If you do, you'll never get the flu again.

How much do you weigh? You want to
take 1,000 mg (1 gram) of vitamin
C for every 10 lbs of body weight.
So if you weigh 140 lbs, as I do,
you take 14,000 mg a day in the
form of sodium ascorbate crystals.
Go to the vitamin C forum here at
CZ, and do some reading. I've been
taking mega-doses of C for decades,
and I never get colds or flu.

Don't start with 14,000 mg on Day #1.
Begin with, say, 3,000 mg, and work
your way up, day by day.
