i'm sick of coughing!

hey can anyone help me?!!! i was just resting and wondering WHY THE HELL DO I ALWAYS: -

1. get a tempreature like where i freeze so cold and sweat like i am in the dessert!!

2. throat feels like i have swallowed a whole pack of sand paper1!!

3. and get a cough that is os bad i THROW UP!!!

i'm sooooooooo sick of it!"!!!

i've had tonsilitous numerous times, glandular fever with chronic fatigue last year, and laryngytus (however u spell it) the yr before!!!

i do smoke but not that much i do work alot but do not kill my self anymore my going clubbing as much as i used to!!!! CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO other than kill myself!!!
