AWESOME suggestion!
Mine came out like semi sweet chocolate bar with a hint of coconut. Here is my recipe:
1 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup VCO
1/2 Cup xylitol (this was all I had)
dash of stevia to taste (to make up for lack of xylitol)
1 t. vanilla
dash salt
I heated all this in a pan on low to melt the xylitol and poured in a glass pan and put in the fridge to set and keep. It has the consistency of a chilled Hershey bar. Now I want to get a chocolate mold to make breakable bars.
